This page explains what information is collected about you when you visit the ClinicAI marketing pages and leave your details there, what it is used for, and your rights regarding it.
Who is responsible for the information
ClinicAI is operated by Zentec. For privacy inquiries: dudi@zentec.co.il · 052-8277707.
What information is collected
Information you provide in the form
Name, phone number, email address, organization name, role, number of facilities in the organization, and the content of your message if you wrote one. Fields marked as required are needed so we can get back to you; the rest are optional.
Do not write any patient information in the form. The form is intended for business contact only and is not a secure channel for clinical information.
Information collected automatically
- Traffic source: campaign parameters in the URL you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), click identifiers from advertising platforms (gclid, fbclid), the referring page, and the path you landed on. This information is kept in your browser’s storage for the session and attached to your inquiry so we know which campaign brought you.
- Usage data: technical data collected on every visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the visit.
Cookies and third-party measurement tools
The marketing pages run measurement tools from advertising platforms, used to understand which ads bring inquiries and to show relevant ads:
- Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Reports page views and form submissions.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. Reports page views and form submissions.
These tools place cookies in your browser and pass the usage data described above to the providers. The content of the form itself is not passed to them. They receive a report that an inquiry took place, not the details you filled in. You can block cookies in your browser settings; blocking them does not prevent you from sending the form. No measurement tool runs on this page itself.
What the information is used for
- To get back to you about your inquiry and arrange a demo, pilot or quote.
- To answer questions you raised.
- To measure campaign effectiveness and improve the marketing pages.
We will not send you marketing mail unrelated to your inquiry without separate consent, and we will not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who the information is shared with
Inquiry details are accessible to the ClinicAI team only. In addition, the information is stored and processed by service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting, email and lead management tools. These providers are obliged to protect the information and use it only to provide the service. Information may be disclosed to a competent authority where the law requires it.
How long the information is kept
Details of an inquiry that did not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to two years from the last inquiry, and then deleted. If a business relationship is formed, the information is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by law afterwards. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741‑1981, and its Amendment 13, you may:
- Review the information collected about you.
- Ask to correct information that is not correct, complete or accurate.
- Ask to delete the information.
- Withdraw consent you gave, without affecting the lawfulness of use made before then.
To exercise any of these rights: dudi@zentec.co.il. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Information security
Traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to inquiry details is limited to those who need it in order to respond. No system guarantees absolute security, and we take accepted measures to protect the information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if there are changes in how information is collected or used. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
